RATES
$160/night - 3 night minimum
5% discount on stays of seven nights or longer - ($152/night)
8% discount on stays of four weeks or longer - ($147/night)
Please add 13.42% tax to total.
Cleaning fee of $100 for stays under two weeks. Two weeks and longer stays have a slightly higher cleaning fee.
Maximum occupancy 4 people
$15.00 per person per night over two people.

TERMS: To make a reservation – A minimum of ½ the total is required for a deposit. The total balance is due no later than 30 days before your check-in date. Reservations made 30 days or less, prior to check-in date, pay the full amount on booking. If you need to cancel, you must do so no later than 60 days before your check-in date for a refund of monies paid. Cancellations made less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to your check-in date will receive a refund of monies paid (less a cancellation fee of 10% of your deposit). Cancellations made at 30 days or less, prior to check in date, will receive a refund of the cleaning fee only. Cancellations made on the day of check-in, or later, will forfeit the entire rental amount, including cleaning fee. (More info on Terms will be sent with your Reservation Agreement, or on request).
